Description

This innovative course puts operatives into a virtual world using Virtual Reality headsets. You will be trained on what is required should things go wrong on site. You will then be given the opportunity to implement what you have learnt in a virtual world. You will be able to see how you perform on-site in a fully immersive experience.

Prerequisites

  • Any downstream operative that holds a current core ACS including limited scope, smart meter operatives, first call operatives and meter installers.
