COMCAT Groups 1-3 + 5 Catering Appliances, as the titles suggest provides for what you’ll need to know in order to safely install, service and repair commercial ranges, water boilers (pressure and expansion types), deep fat & pressure fryers and forced draught burners.
This assessment usually follows attendance on our Commercial Catering Training Day and can usually be completed within 2 days. All initial assessments require mandatory training before siting.
