Description

Commercial Catering Training is a one day training day which leads on from Core Commercial Training. If you have chosen to undertake commercial training then it is mandatory to complete either this training day or the Commercial Heating Training day in order to cover fully your chosen Core Commercial Assessment; heating or catering.

This training day will cover the latter part of the Core Commercial assessment as well as all you will need to know in order to undertake the following Commercial Catering Appliance assessments:

  • COMCAT1 - Commercial ranges
  • COMCAT2 - Water Boilers (pressure & expansion types)
  • COMCAT3 - Deep Fat & Pressure Fryers
  • COMCAT4 - Fish & Chip Ranges
  • COMCAT5 - Forced Draught Burners

Who this course is for:

  • Gas engineers who already hold, or have held in the past, at least one ACS qualification OR engineers who have completed our New Entrant Training program
